No. Personality tests tell you who you are. This tells you how you create value and gives you the language to communicate it. You sort your own signals, click through your own choices, and get a personalized AI report at the end.
2) What if I've already taken StrengthsFinder or DiSC??
Those are great tools, and they're not competing with this one. They help you understand yourself. This helps you explain your value to someone else, in the moment it actually matters.
3) How long does it take?
About 30 minutes, start to finish. It's a guided, click-through experience and no printing required.
4) Who is this for?
Corporate professionals, entrepreneurs, and anyone interviewing or looking for their next role who are good at what they do, but are missing the words to explain the value they bring, resulting in missed opportunities.
5) Who is this not for?
