Visibility Intensive
For Women Entrepreneurs
You drove home from that networking event replaying everything you should have said. And then never followed up on LinkedIn.
Let's fix that.

Scenario #1:
You do good work. You know it. But when someone asks what you do, something happens between your brain and your mouth - and what comes out is vague, too long, or just not quite right. You drive home replaying it. You know you undersold yourself. (Again.)

Scenario #2:
You attended that event, had a great time, and made a lot of new connections using the LinkedIn QR code feature. Hours (or days) later, you can't find who you met. You can't remember names. A few reached out to say "it was great meeting you!" but you don't know how to leverage it. You never talk to them again.

The Visibility Intensive is a 2.5 hour working session where we fix both.

Time & Location
Friday, May 29, 2026
9:00 - 11:30 am
Vadnais Heights, MN
What Happens There?
Before the session, you'll complete a values assessment so we're not starting from a blank page.
In the room, we work on two things:

Your language. How you talk about your work in a way that sounds like you, lands with the people who need to hear it, and doesn't require a mental rehearsal beforehand. You'll draft, say it out loud, get real-time feedback from the group and from Barb, and leave with something you've already practiced, not just written down.

Your LinkedIn. Most entrepreneurs treat LinkedIn as a posting platform and wonder why nothing happens. The strategy we cover is different:
-
How to turn event QR-code scans into actual conversations within 48 hours
-
How to reconnect with people you've already lost touch with
-
The activity-based moves that build visibility without requiring you to post constantly.
We'll also rewrite your headline so it works as hard as the rest of your profile.

You'll leave with a 90-day plan for both the room and LinkedIn.

What Changes Because You Were There?
You leave with:
-
A networking introduction you've practiced out loud and that someone in the room repeated back to you correctly
-
A follow-up protocol for turning event connections into conversations with 48 hours
-
A monthly reconnection strategy that puts you back in front of people you've already met
-
A sharper LinkedIn headline and a 90-day plan for the room and the platform
