What Happens There?
Before the session, you'll complete a values assessment so we're not starting from a blank page.
In the room, we work on two things:
Your language. How you talk about your work in a way that sounds like you, reflects what you're actually capable of, and holds up across the conversations that matter - internal meetings, the casual run-ins you'll learn how to create on purpose, conversations with people outside your company, and the introductions you'll need when you're ready to make a move. You'll draft, say it out loud, get real-time feedback from the group and from Barb, and leave with something you've already practiced, not just written down.
Your networking strategy. Most corporate women treat LinkedIn as a profile, not a tool. The strategy we cover is different: how to activate the connections you already have without it feeling transactional, how to be visible and memorable in the rooms you're already in, and how to use LinkedIn as a networking platform without ever needing to post. We'll also rewrite your headline so it works as hard as the rest of your profile.
You leave with a 90-day plan for the room, the platform, and the network that's actually yours.
