Barb Monson, your workshop leader, is a 26-year corporate veteran with executive experience helping individuals and teams bring out their potential.

Barb was lucky enough to work in very industrial male-dominated spaces while building her career, teaching her immense lessons and an appreciation for looking at leadership through a different lens.

She is now an author, international speaker, and leadership consultant who works with groups and individuals to smooth out the rough spots at work and add fulfillment to life overall.
