One visibility challenge. A room full of answers.
A tricky workplace dynamic. A pitch that isn't landing. Interview answers that don't showcase what you bring. A promotion you don't know how to position for. Bring your professional visibility challenge and the women in the room help you work through it, live.
You're not just there to get help. You're there to give it, too.
Coming Back in 2027 • Half-Day in Vadnais Heights, MN • $45

What This Day Looks Like
You'll spend the morning at a beautiful private venue in a circle of women solving real visibility challenges together.
Arrive at 9:00 for beverages and mingling. You'll get a notecard to jot down the challenge you want help with. At 9:30 we open with a quick intro round, then move into the circle. One woman at a time gets the room's full attention on her challenge, with a break built in partway through.
We wrap once everyone's been heard, no later than noon.
The afternoon is yours until 3:00. Grab lunch (or reheat what you brought), stay and work heads-down or keep connecting with the women you just spent the morning with. This part is self-directed, not more circle time or 1:1 with me.
Who This Is For
-
You're a professional woman navigating a workplace dynamic, running your own business, or preparing for your next interview or role.
-
You have one real visibility challenge you haven't been able to think through alone.
-
You're willing to share your challenge in the room, and just as willing to help solve someone else's challenge.
-
You can commit to the full morning. This only works if everyone stays for the whole circle.
What You Walk Away With
-
A clear next step for the challenge you brought in.
-
Real-time input with multiple ideas from a room of women who've faced something similar.
-
Solutions to challenges you didn't even bring up, since half the value is in the room, not just your own turn.
-
Connections with other professional women in an easy and relaxed setting.
Why I Created This
At my Visibility Retreat in August, I ran a short version of this circle at the very end of the day. Women shared a personal visibility challenge and the room helped solve it together.
The feedback afterward was clear - this was highly valuable and they wanted more time on this.
We'll do this more thoroughly in 2027. A Friday morning built entirely around it where no one is rushed and everyone gets heard.

This is a half-day commitment by design.
October 9th is your chance to bring one real challenge, get real-time help from a room of smart women, and leave with a clear next step. You're there to give input, too, so plan to stay through the whole circle.

Frequently Asked Questions
1) Who is this for?
This day was designed for professional women, whether you're in a corporate role, running your own business, or navigating a job transition. If you want to show up more confidently and solve a specific visibility challenge, you belong in this room.
2) What does the day look like?
Arrive at 9:00 am and grab coffee, tea, water or soda. Do some light networking and fill out your visibility challenge on a notecard. We'll gather as a Peacock Circle at 9:30 and let the room problem solve together. We'll end no later than noon and the rest of the day is yours. Bring your lunch, stay and work, brainstorm or network with other women, or head out.
3) Can I work remotely and take calls during the afternoon?
Yes, with some limits worth knowing before you plan your calls. The large conference room is set up for quiet, heads-down work, and the living area and outdoor spaces are open for anyone who wants to gather or mingle. There's also an open loft, a breakout room and a small conference room that can work for calls, but space is limited.
4) Will there be food?
Coffee, tea, water and soda are provided all day, but you'll need to bring your own food. There is a refrigerator for storage and a microwave for heating up. You may also choose to grab lunch from a nearby restaurant.
5) How should I prepare for the circle?
A simple structure helps: what's the situation, who's involved, and what you've already tried. Something like, "My manager keeps cutting me off in team meetings. It's been happening for a few months, and I've tried waiting for my turn, but it's not working." That's real context the room can work with. The goal isn't to compress your story into a slogan, it's to leave out the parts that don't move you toward a next step.
6) What if I'm nervous to share?
The beautiful thing about this space is that no one is there to perform, and everyone is there for the same reason: to simply talk through a challenge, even if it's messy, and to help others. No judging.
7) What is your cancellation policy?
Tickets are non-refundable but transferable. If you can't make it, you're welcome to send someone in your place.
