What We Work On - and What You'll Walk Away With
What We Work On
Identifying your value and where it's getting lost
Translating your experience into language that showcases expertise, not tasks
What You'll Walk Away With
Clear, confident language to describe your value in interviews, meetings, and high-stakes conversations
A visibility strategy that feels natural, not performative
Adjusting the approach for your situation (interviewing, meetings, networking, promotions, new job, etc.)
Greater confidence in how you show up and speak about your work
How to talk about your value without sounding rehearsed or feeling showy
Clear next steps you can act on right away
What This Is Not
To protect our time and focus, this is not:
Done-for-you resumes or LinkedIn profiles
Ongoing coaching or open-ended support
Handing over your decision-making authority
Support for people who want reassurance vs. forward motion
This is a self-contained working session designed for professionals who are ready to sharpen their positioning, articulate their value, and act on what they learn.
How It Works

1) Pre-work to establish perspective
You complete a short assessment to identify your top professional strengths and share a current resume.

2) Define the priority focus
Before we meet, you identify the context - job search, networking, increased visibility in your current role or positioning for advancement.
3) Strategic preparation
I review your materials in advance and come prepared with observations and strategic options. Our time together is spent working, not orienting.
4) A focused 90-minute working session
We develop your visibility strategy in real time. I'll guide and suggest, you retain full control over decisions and direction.
Many clients find the session complete on its own. Some choose to book another session later when they reach their next decision point.

Frequently Asked Questions
1) Do you need my resume if I'm not on a job search?
Yes. A current resume is used as a reference point for your experience, not as a deliverable. We'll use it to translate your experience into language around your value.
2) How is this different from ongoing coaching?
This is a focused, self-contained working session with a clear outcome. There's no open-ended support or follow-up built in. This allows us to do clear, decisive work in a short amount of time.
3) What if I need to reschedule?
You may reschedule your session once with at least 48 hours' notice, subject to availability. Because this session requires advance preparation, last-minute reschedules or no-shows cannot be accommodated.

If you need to reschedule due to an unexpected situation, please reach out as soon as possible and we'll determine next steps based on preparation already completed.
4) What if I don't know how to update my resume before submitting it?
You don't need a perfectly polished resume. You do need one that is accurate and current.
The resume is used as a reference point for your experience, not as a deliverable. The content (not the language) is enough for us to do meaningful work together.
5) Will I be able to apply what we discuss?
Absolutely! You'll leave with clear language and next steps you can act on immediately. This session is designed for those who are ready to implement.
