How It Works
1) Before We Meet
You'll complete your personalized Visibility Assessment and receive a custom AI Blueprint built from your results. You'll share both with me, along with your current resume so we start from real data instead of a cold intake.
2) Strategic preparation
I review your materials in advance and come prepared with observations and strategic options. This will be focused on your priorities, such as a job search, networking, increased visibility in your current role or positioning for advancement. Our time together is spent working, not orienting.
3) A focused 90-minute working session
We develop your visibility strategy in real time. I'll guide and suggest, you retain full control over decisions and direction.
Logistics
Format: 90-minute, one-on-one virtual session (Google Meet)

Scheduling: Available by appointment with at least 7 calendar days' notice.

Preparation: Upon scheduling, you'll receive access to the Visibility Assessment and receive a custom AI Blueprint built from your results. You'll share both with me, along with your current resume, so I can prepare for our session in advance.

Investment: $347 due at booking. Sessions are non-refundable.
Frequently Asked Questions
1) Do you need my resume if I'm not on a job search?
Yes. A current resume is used as a reference point for your experience, not as a deliverable. We'll use it to translate your experience into language around your value.
2) How is this different from ongoing coaching?
This is a focused, self-contained working session with a clear outcome. There's no open-ended support or follow-up built in. This allows us to do clear, decisive work in a short amount of time.
3) What if I need to reschedule?
Life happens, travel conflicts, work emergencies, whatever it is. Just give me as much notice as you can, and we'll find a new time that works. Because this session requires some preparation on my end, last-minute changes are easier to accommodate with a heads-up, but reach out as soon as you know and we'll sort it out.
4) What if I don't know how to update my resume before submitting it?
You don't need a perfectly polished resume. You do need one that is accurate and current.
The resume is used as a reference point for your experience, not as a deliverable. The content (not the language) is enough for us to do meaningful work together.
5) Will I be able to apply what we discuss?
Absolutely! You'll leave with clear language and next steps you can act on immediately. This session is designed for those who are ready to implement.
6) What if I want more sessions?
This session gives you a strategy and next steps for what's in front of you right now. If your search or role keeps evolving, a second round, a negotiation, a tricky dynamic that takes more than one conversation to work through, Visibility Advisory continues the work across three sessions.
