Managing in the Middle Lane

This 6-week program is for managers who answer to higher leadership while managing a team.  We cover the unique nuances of delegating, decisions, and other challenges of being in the middle.

*Training sessions last from 1-6 sessions,

depending upon the content and the needs of the organization.
